Funding Partners
Many Arizona organizations, foundations, companies and individuals have exhibited leadership and a deep commitment to improving students’ educational opportunities by funding the research, development and implementation of Beat the Odds. They understand that it will take a dedicated, communitywide effort if we are to change the educational outcomes of K-12 schools with historically underperforming student populations.
Through their support, we have conducted groundbreaking research which has important implications for schools throughout Arizona and the nation. We are working with elementary and middle school principals to facilitate school improvement through leadership development and the sharing of best practices and case studies. And our community outreach activities are enabling Latino parents to become more involved in their children’s academic success.
